| The FieldPlan Calculator is appropriately named as it enables you to plan your revenues, expenses and profits in great detail -- with planning, budgeting and forecasting detailed at the field level. |
| On many farms, variations from field to field are common, such as fertilizer requirements and yield expectations. Thus, some farms need to plan on a field by field basis. |
| If the fields on your farms are generally uniform, or this level of detail is not particularly important to you, simply create only one field per farm for financial planning purposes. |
| Before using the Field Plan Calculator, please become familiar with the ProfitPlan Calculator -- which has its focus at the farm level -- before advancing to the detail of field level planning. |
| Thereafter, login to the FieldPlan Calculator using your email address, which will then serve as your account name. |
| On the next screen, assign your account a password to protect the privacy of your information. |
| Your account will then be activated and you can then begin naming your farms and fields and planning the revenues, expenses and profits using the interactive FieldPlan Calculator. |

| Advanced Features |
| Product substitution -- When you first use the FieldPlan Calculator the initial products and services, along with their quantity and price are loaded into your plan. Should you prefer different products or services, simply substitute using the Remove and Include buttons to revise the products in your plan to your preferences. |
| Collaboration --- The ability to share your information with other people enables your trusted advisors to view selected portions of your plan as appropriate to provide financial and agronomic advise to you. |
